Stone Wall Sconce, Warm White

A slim sconce with a real stone top that lights downward.

A natural stone plate sits on an aluminum body with the light facing down, so the stone stays in shadow and the wall beneath catches a warm wash. Use a pair either side of a bed or a mirror, or one in a hallway or stairwell. Choose a round or square body with a walnut-tone or white base.

• Downlight: light falls down the wall and leaves the stone dark, which is what makes the sconce read as a detail rather than a bulb.
• Real stone: natural stone top with visible pores and banding; every piece differs and the stone makes it heavy.
• Narrow fit: 2.6 × 2.6 × 6.3 in, for walls with little room.
